Dogs, depending on their weight, enter the aging period at different ages. The heavier the dog, the faster the aging process begins. It is considered that dogs of large and giant breeds at the age of 5.5-7.5 years are senior dogs. Small and miniature breed dogs age over the age of 9 years.
