Shipping and delivery of goods

In the case of access to the portal, consultations and other virtual products, the collection is made for payment or access to the portal is activated.

For supplements and physical goods from the store, you can choose the following forms of delivery:

Courier In Post or collection at a parcel locker
Personal collection in a stationary store in Warsaw
Delivery by own transport in Warsaw, Żyrardów, Mszczonów, Radziejowice – possibility of payment in cash, by card (not every day) or earlier transfer to a bank account.

If you choose cash on delivery (cash on delivery), an additional fee of PLN 5 is added.

Promotional terms of delivery – terms and conditions:

1. In the case of standard orders with a value of over PLN 149 , orders are delivered free of charge by courier when choosing prepayment (on-line payment or transfer to the account). does not apply to delivery by parcel locker.

2. For orders to a parcel locker, free delivery from the order of goods 199 PLN.

3. In the event of partial withdrawal from the contract and reduction of the purchase value entitling to take advantage of the free delivery promotion, i.e. PLN 149 or 199 respectively, the Buyer bears the cost of delivery in accordance with the price list applicable to a given form of delivery (the amount of refund due to the customer will be reduced accordingly).

4. For own transport in Warsaw, free delivery from PLN 99.

If you choose transport incorrectly, please pay extra before completing the order.

You will be informed by e-mail when your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.

Order processing time:

Courier, parcel locker – orders placed and paid for by 11 a.m. on a business day are usually shipped on the same day
Company transport is carried out between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. or 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. – after ordering, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient date. There is a possibility of non-standard delivery by appointment. The waiting time is usually 2-3 days – depending on the location.
