About me – says Bożena Wróblewska
Canine/cat nutritionist, dog and cat nutrition specialist, behaviorist
My name is Bożena Wróblewska. My passion for animals began in my childhood. For as long as I can remember, there has always been a dog or other animal in my house. I graduated in psychology. I founded a purebred dog kennel registered in the Polish Kennel Club – Polish Kennel Club. I have completed numerous courses and trainings related to raising animals and their nutrition.
I promote healthy nutrition for dogs and cats and help dog and cat owners take action to improve the quality of their lives together. An animal dietitian is a responsible job. I arrange diets for healthy and sick animals (with special nutritional needs).
As a dog breeder, I have experienced many problems related to feeding and raising animals. My friends and clients do the same. I advise on problems and questions raised by clients:
- What to feed your dog cat: meat, food, cooked meals
- What are the diseases associated with improper nutrition of dogs and cats
- What preventive measures to take to avoid making dietary mistakes
- I conduct continuous monitoring of the correct growth of puppies and kittens
- I advise owners of puppies and kittens on the appropriate diet for dogs and cats
- I consult problems related to nutrition in the context of diet: itching, dog or cat smell, recurrent ear infections, skin rashes
- prevention of diarrhoea and flatulence in dogs or cats as a result of nutritional errors
- overweight, obesity or weight loss in dogs
- Nutrition of a dog in oncological diseases or in a state of emaciation
- anxious or aggressive behaviors
- Choosing a dog to meet the expectations and profile of the owner
- Searching for a dog in kennels
- dealing with animals forming a herd, introducing new animals to the herd
- separation disorders in animals
- and many more
I advise as a specialist in nutrition for dogs and cats (dog and cat dietician), behaviorist / zoopsychologist. I create diets for manufacturing companies.
I believe that you have to look at a dog and a cat comprehensively – often the problems are related. Cooperation with a veterinarian is particularly important – having a sick animal, we must choose the right diet, as well as subject it to regular health checks.
I gained my professional qualifications related to animal dietetics and their upbringing during my studies, professional courses, conferences, courses, webinars, self-education by reading Polish and foreign literature. Selected courses and vocational trainings completed by me, professional certificates held:
- MSc Psychologist
