Supplementary food for dogs and cats containing Omega-3, EPA and DHA fatty acids
OMEGA-3 capsules by Laboratoire Francodex rich in EPA and DHA fatty acids, belonging to the group of Omega-3 polyunsaturated acids. They are most often found in seafood, which is why fish oil is used in OMEGA-3 capsules.
Omega-3 fatty acids have a beneficial effect on the health of dogs and cats, helping to reduce inflammation, as well as limiting damage to cartilage in animals suffering from joint ailments, as well as having a positive effect on the cognitive abilities of animals. Omega-3 also gives positive results for animals with skin and coat problems.
The first effects may be visible after 4-6 weeks from the start of treatment.
The capsules can be administered directly into the animal’s mouth or added to food (a little warm water can be added to soften them).
Cat and dog < 10 kg: 1 capsule per day
Dog 10 – 20 kg: 2 capsules per day
Dog 20 – 30 kg: 3 capsules per day
Dog > 30 kg: one capsule per 10 kg of weight per day
The product should be used for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks, after which an improvement is noticeable. It can then be administered daily as a supplement to a healthy diet to help maintain a healthy weight.

Fish oil with 35% omega-3 acids (500 mg/capsule), gelatin, glycerin. Additives: antioxidant: D-alpha tocopherol. Analytical constituents: crude protein 21.6%, crude fat 71.4%, crude ash 0%, crude cellulose 0%, calcium 0%, phosphorus 0%, sodium 0%. It contains 18% EPA and 12% DHA.
