The advice is also intended for people who want to eat a healthy dog or cat. The advice includes, m.in:
- Analysis of the dog’s or cat’s current diet and nutritional problems, test results, other
- calculation of energy demand; determination of the sources of metabolic energy in the optimal diet for the dog
- Thorough analysis of the figure, determination of overweight/underweight;
- Creating a diet for a dog/cat – ready-made food recommendations (3 different) or a cooked diet proposal (1 recipe for a meal for a dog or cat), selection of treats, recommendation of supplements
- Instructions for preparing and serving food, water or any supplements
The client receives the above-mentioned consultation in the form of a written advice, as well as undergoes a phone/video/personal consultation for up to 60 minutes. Each additional 30 minutes is paid extra.
After receiving advice, the client additionally receives free support in changing the diet (in terms of the advice given) – answers to up to 5 e-mail questions.
The advice will be prepared within 7 days of receiving the completed questionnaire as well as photos and information. After purchasing the service, the customer will receive an e-mail with information about what to fill in and what photos/additional information to attach.

- pay immediately or by bank transfer (you must pay at the latest before you give advice and submit the questionnaire)
- you will receive a questionnaire and request additional information, please fill in as soon as possible
- Within 7 days of sending the materials, you will receive advice and a proposal for a phone call. If you do not accept the proposed dates of the phone call, the advice will be considered as completed after the preparation of a written diet.
You have the option to withdraw from the purchase until you have submitted the completed questionnaire. After the performance of the service, the Consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
