How does it work?

1. You choose 1 recipe from our database of recipes for sick dogs or cats – adult animals. Please note – you are responsible for choosing the type of recipe – we do not judge the fit of the recipe. If you want, buy an individual consultation to choose a recipe.

2. You make a purchase of a product in a store.

3. You provide your dog’s weight in the order form (exact weight in kg). Fill out the form: Order a recipe

4. We calculate the recipe for your dog’s daily energy needs, assuming standard, normal physical activity of the pet.

5. We send you the finished recipe in PDF – with the exact amounts of ingredients for 1 day, adjusted to your dog’s weight.

Important information before buying

⏱️ Delivery time: you will receive the finished recipe within 2 working days from the moment you enter the pet’s weight.

⚠️ No right to withdraw from the contract: due to the nature of the product – a personalized service prepared individually on the basis of the data provided by the customer (pet weight) – in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, there is no right to withdraw from a distance contract. The product is digital content/service made entirely to the individual order of the customer.

📌 Basis for conversion: the calculation is based on the standard, normal energy requirement for a pet with average physical activity. If your dog or cat has increased/decreased activity, illnesses or special nutritional needs, take advantage of an individual dietary consultation. Increase or decrease the amount of food depending on whether the animal looks good (not too thin or weighing too much).
